1. The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 6000 Garsington Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 2DQ (“Harley-Davidson”).
2. The Promotion entitles each customer who during the Promotional Period purchases a:
(a) a new unregistered H-D Nightster, Nightster Special, Sportster S, Pan America, Pan America Special or Softail Standard through a H-D Financial Services program, receive a financing rate of 4.9% APR Representative whilst stock lasts.
(b) a new unregistered Harley-Davidson Model Year 2023 (“MY23”) motorcycle (excluding any Revolution Max, Anniversary motorcycles, CVO and Softail Standard) through a HDFS program or with cash to receive a deposit contribution of £1000 (one thousand pounds sterling) for UK customers, and €1,000 (one thousand euros) for ROI customers and a financing rate of 6.9% (six point nine percent) APR Representative (as applicable) whilst stock lasts. This promotion is available to both cash and finance customers.
(c) a new unregistered Harley-Davidson Model Year 2024 (“MY24”) motorcycle through a HDFS program to receive a financing rate of 6.9% (six point nine percent) APR Representative while stock lasts.
3. The Promotion is available to customers from 1 July 2024 (the “Promotional Period”) and offered subject to credit acceptance (unless a cash purchase under clause 2(b)) through HDFS (a trading style of Blackhorse Ltd) in the UK, or Bank Of Ireland in the Republic of Ireland.
4. The Promotion will close on one month’s notice and as advertised.
5. Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer offered by Promoter.
6. With the exception of applicable cash purchases at clause 2(b), this offer is subject to Credit acceptance which is subject to status and approval and is only available to UK and ROI residents over 18. Credit in the UK is provided by Harley-Davidson Finance, a trading style of Blackhorse Ltd, St William House, Tresillian Terrace, Cardiff CF10 5BH. Blackhorse is authorised and regulated by the Finance Conduct Authority in the UK. Credit in ROI is provided by Bank Of Ireland, where Finance is provided by way of a Consumer Hire Purchase agreement by Bank of Ireland Finance. Lending criteria and conditions apply (over 18s only). Ownership remains with Bank of Ireland until the final payment is made. Bank of Ireland trading as of Bank of Ireland Finance is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
7. Promotion available only at authorised Harley-Davidson dealerships in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
8. Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion or to withdraw the Promotion, or to refuse redemption of the Promotion in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
9. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group is not liable for, and customer releases Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered as a result of the Promotion.
10. The Promotion and the terms and conditions which apply to the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
